I live in Lewiston Idaho with my partner Bryan and our two little boys. I love our beautiful little family and spending as much time as I can with them! I enjoy most outdoor things, such as hunting, fishing, camping, softball and more recently golfing. I have a humongous vegetable garden that I spend a lot of time in and this year I have been learning to preserve and can all of the yummy veggies. I also love to craft in my craft room, which includes making fun things with my Cricut, scrap-booking and sewing. I love life and health and I am happy to be back as a part of the Integrative Health team!
