Our skin is our body’s largest organ and is typically the one we neglect the most. In my experience it is something we take for granted until the signs of aging creep up on us and slap us in the face!
It can be hard to take that first step into changing your skin-care routine. It’s not only a monetary investment, but it’s a time investment as well. You want me to wash my face how many times per day?
So, if you are ready to get started and just want to start small, I suggest the following:
- Cleanser, moisturizer, sunscreen and an anti-aging or repair serum
If you are already started and want to advance your skin care routine then add the following:
- Toner, exfoliate, brightening cream, face mask, eye cream
It’s okay to start small just get the basics and most important – get into a routine of using the products that work best for you!
Medical-Grade products are the BEST and here is why:
- High-Quality ingredients
- Proven and Tested
- Typically use less because the product is higher quality
Some may say that medical-grade skincare is expensive, however you will find that by spending just a few more dollars initially the results are exponentially better! You will use less product (which means you will buy less frequently) and you see results sooner.
