The Trick is knowing how to encourage it to do so. My goal in life is to help as many people as I can in their healing with a nurturing, and enjoyable treatment. Exceptional Results: I have been able to offer relief to clients with headaches, frozen shoulder, low back and neck pain by using Cross Fiber Friction and Myofascial release techniques. These techniques also improve range of motion for those with joint problems. I’ve also helped many clients relax with Swedish, Himalayan Salt Stone, and Aromatherapy treatments.

With 7 years of experience I am able to use a variety of techniques to relieve some chronic patterns of pain and tension.

Specialties include;

Cold Stone massage – This is where I incorporate chilled marble stone into the massage. This can be very refreshing for those who are overheated or suffering from inflammation.

Deep Tissue Massage – According to clients comfort level I apply the right amount of pressure to layers of muscle, tendons, and myofascial tissue deep under the skin to relieve tension. This releases “knots” in muscles where they remain contacted and stiff. This takes pressure off of pinched nerves as well as joints that are being pulled on my tendons.

Swedish Massage – This is for when you need a more soothing full-body massage to relax and rejuvenate sore muscles. A gentle pressure is used to reduce muscle tension, increase overall blood flow and even break down scar tissue.

Stretch Massage – Myofascial tissue scar buildup will bind muscle fibers in place, thus keeping them chronically contracted. This technique helps to effectively break up the myofascial tissue so that tendon and muscle tension will release to increase range of motion in joints.

Prenatal Massage – Focused treatment for tired expectant Moms. Special bolsters are used to help Mom prop into a more comfortable position. This makes it easier for the client to relax during the massage and for me to work on target problem areas.

Aromatherapy – Make the massage more refreshing with your choice of one or two essential oils! A few drops will be added to the carrier oil to enhance the massage.

Himalayan Salt Stone Massage –The warmth of these stones are a really effective way to soften myofascial tissue thus making it more pliable. With increased circulation and reduced inflammation you’re sure to sleep better! I use Specialty Himalayan Salt Stones because they provide up to 84 natural minerals through your skin which nourishes your body and helps it to heal even faster!

Cupping Therapy – Silicone cups are used to provide suction or “negative pressure” during the massage. This makes a Deep Tissue Massage more effective since I’ll be able to manipulate tissue in more directions when compression isn’t enough. Suction can be customized to clients comfort level, so they can be added to Swedish massage as well. I like to move the cups around to do a pulling technique on the skin and muscle that would otherwise wear out my hands.
